"Got it sorted, and they actually followed up"
I had an issue and they fixed it quickly, which was a relief. They even checked in afterward to make sure everything was still okay, which I appreciated. i was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things that eats up your whole afternoon, like when you go to make coffee and suddenly realize you’re out of filters. But nope, it was handled smoothly. Thanks again.

They did help me in the end, but... it took a while. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of slow.

"Booking was easy, but confirmation could be faster"
The booking part went through fine, but the order confirmation took a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just felt a bit clunky in places. I could see other customers feeling the same if they’re expecting everything to move quickly.

"Solid buy for the price"
I think it’s a good deal for what you’re getting. I haven’t had any issues with it, so if you’re on the fence and just want something that does the job without spending too much, I’d say it’s worth considering

"Pretty good comms overall"
I had a good experiance with Route 66. They got back to my questions fairly quick and kept me in the loop along the way. Wasn’t instant every single time, but they were still helpful and easy enough to deal with.

"To be fair, the site does what it’s..."
To be fair, the site does what it’s supposed to do, and I was able to get through it. That said, some of the menus felt a little confusing at times, and I had to click around more than I expected. Not a bad experience, just a bit clunky in places.

"Just okay, could be better"
The product was just alright for the price. Delivery felt kind of slow, and the updates were just a bit confusing at times. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but there’s definitely some room to improve.

"Pretty accurate and easy to use"
I used route66.com.au to look up some travel info, most of it seemed accurate. Based on the way the info was presented, I got the impression it was meant to be practical and straightforward, which it mostly was. The times and details lined up closely with what I checked later, so it definitely saved me some extra searching. A couple of things felt like they maybe hadn’t been updated in a while, but nothing that caused any real issue. Overall, a handy site and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Wasn't no hassle at all"
Booked through route66.com.au it all went smoothly. The site wasn’t hard to figure out or nothing, and I got everything sorted without any fuss. I’d definitely use them again
